Gertrude Shiu is absolutely amazing! She took her time with me, thoroughly educated me about my health, and was incredibly kind, compassionate, and friendly throughout the entire visit. Her professionalism and knowledge are outstanding!!! She truly knows her field and goes above and beyond to make you feel heard and cared for.
I’ve visited OBGYN clinics at other medical facilities before, but I’ve never experienced the level of care and attention that I received from Gertrude. She treats you like family, and it’s clear that she genuinely cares about her patients.
I highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-notch care. A++ service!

First of all, I want to say it took me 3 times going back and forth to get an appointment - finally got one this month. The real reason I'm writing this is to say how impressed I was with Dr. Ursales. She took more time with me than I've ever had with a doctor. She was very professional, patient and took the time to go over all my concerns (I did come with a list of them to go over). In other words, she's awesome. Also, the staff is wonderful.

I had an appointment scheduled for a particular time. The assistant went out of her way to call me 2 hours earlier to ask if I could come in 45 minutes early. I go out of my way to get there earlier, thinking I'm doing them a favor. When I get there I'm sitting in the lobby for over 20 minutes waiting while other people are seen immediately. When I ask the front desk why I've been waiting so long, she asked the assistant and the assistant comes out and lets me know that she asked me to come early because she "thought" that they'd be done with the other patients and that my appointment time would be the same after all. I just cancelled because "professionals" do things like this as if your time isn't valuable. I switched my schedule around to be there and did not have to. I have other things to do with my time. Unlike her. She's getting paid to be there. She also had a somewhat snarky attitude because I told her it was an inconvenience after she carelessly says "I hope it's not an inconvenience." Like what? That's exactly what an inconvenience is! So far, this office has left a bad impression with me. Not looking forward to my next visit.
