Was very nice on the phone and in-person! I asked if they did stripped-screw repairs and vio-la they did! $15 bucks well spent and a major headache saved.
Loretta is the best! Such caring customer service went I went in to get my mom set up with some new glasses. They took the time to give us an in depth explanation of what’s going on with my mom’s prescription, and took great care in picking out the perfect frames for us. The next day they called to see how they were and see if we needed any changes. Amazing customer service, as well as selection.
Luetta is a true gem! She has incredible experience and a fantastic eye for picking the perfect frames. This is truly one of the best places to get eyeglasses in Northern California, with unique European designers you won’t find elsewhere.
I’ve been searching high and low to find beautiful designer frames at affordable prices, and there is no better place. There was Even when there was an issue with my prescription, it resolved quick and painlessly. She had the lenses replaced in no time. They always stand behind their products. Highly recommend !
