“This is a hidden gem! MJ helped my foot issues with just one session. I had painful swelling from hobbling on my heel due to plantar fasciitis. After one treatment my ankle returned to normal and I can actually see my ankle again. The pain also subsided greatly. I strongly recommend. A heads up she works Wednesday through Saturday and you need to call for an appointment since she doesn’t have a web page or social media. She’s very sweet and will likely take you immediately.“

“When I came in for treatment with Scott at Sommers Holistic Health, I had been crying in the car that morning. I was six months postpartum and had been slowly slipping into depression — my body and mind feeling heavier by the day, crying most afternoons, aware I was battling both my hormones and my mind. What hurt most was watching my sadness, hopelessness, and sense of sickness show up in my mothering.
I didn’t want to go on antidepressants or an SSRI. I’d used one in the past and the weaning process was brutal — and with breastfeeding, the potential side effects for both of us felt like too much of a risk.
I received one Exo-Mind treatment. About a month later, I realized I hadn’t had a single bad day since. The hopelessness was gone. The tears were gone. It’s now been five months and I’m still feeling happy, grounded, and capable. Motherhood still has its trials — but I no longer feel like my body and mind are working against me.
I couldn’t recommend this more.“
