Some of the Doctors are great and the facilities themselves are nice. But the parking is such a disaster, a real afterthought, it's not even worth it for me. It makes the experience feel like a real cattle drive, just turning and burning through bodies for profit. The typical health-mafia kinda stuff. At least with companies like Southwest, you're cattle but see a great price. Here you're cattle, but it's still very expensive.
Nurses were very nice but working very hard. ER people not as nice but I guess the environment they work in doesn't out you in greatest mood. I will say that there should be more communication on shift change.
This review is to give a huge thank you to Debbie in the Billing Office (PCS). I'm sorry but I didn't get her last name. My inquiry today (2/3) was about an outstanding balance I'd had since Sept. This was my third inquiry regarding where it was in the insurance process. Which turns out is a very convoluted process. Debbie spent time contacting both Medicare and AARP to sort out the confusion. She was calm and detailed in her explanation to be sure I understood the hang up. She was prompt in calling both and calling me back quickly and efficiently.
