“The estimate was given to us, and we checked a couple of other places. We found prices similar from a Sacramento company to Tri-City's and since we shop Vallejo whenever possible, we went with Tri-City. We had retaining wall work to be done before the fence could be installed and it took a few days more than we'd anticipated. Tri-City modified their schedule, without additional cost, to fit ours. Grateful for that. Our 73-foot run had poles set on a Friday and was completed the next Tuesday afternoon..... simply, beautifully. The price was fair, the workmanship was all we could ask for. Highly recommend.“

“From start to finish, Augustine Fence is a win!I initially emailed the company with my request for a new gate and side fence. JoAnn was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. If she didn't have an answer, she would get back to me, after talking to Jim, the owner. A date and time frame (9am - 11am) was given for an estimator to come out and see the site. Leo arrived at 9:02am and I showed him the area. He took notes and pictures and a day later I had a written estimate for the project. The estimate was very reasonable and my requests for written amendments were done within a day. A date was schedule for the demo and install.Patrick and Gabriel came by and performed the work. They were scheduled at 9am and parked at 9:04am. They were very communicative with me, asked me particular questions on lock placement and improving the old style I had. Jim himself came onsite by 10am and was seeing the project through, and offering his 40 year expertise while getting his hands dirty with his crew.The job was completed in 1 day. Patrick and Gabriel cleaned up the area, and my fence/gate look stellar. From start to finish, this project took 3 weeks, as they worked me in between jobs. (They are booked 2 months out). The cost of the job was exactly the cost of the estimate. FYI, when dealing with small business', be sure and ask on payment methods before hand. I paid by personal check to avoid the credit card processing fee of 2%-3%. “Mendez Fence built a 60 foot long fence for me a couple years back and I was sure I had written a review on Yelp but I cannot find it so I am writing one now. Julio did a fantastic job on the fence, which was made out of top grade redwood and which still looks great several years later. Julio worked quickly and efficiently and the job was done extremely professionally. I have had many compliments on the fence in the last couple years. In addition, Julio and I went to the lumberyard together to select the wood and he hand selected the boards that he used. Really above and beyond what one could expect and the result was a beautiful fence. I give Mendez Fencing my highest recommendation.“
