From start to finish, Augustine Fence is a win!I initially emailed the company with my request for a new gate and side fence. JoAnn was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. If she didn't have an answer, she would get back to me, after talking to Jim, the owner. A date and time frame (9am - 11am) was given for an estimator to come out and see the site. Leo arrived at 9:02am and I showed him the area. He took notes and pictures and a day later I had a written estimate for the project. The estimate was very reasonable and my requests for written amendments were done within a day. Jim and his team were on time and just a hair over budget. They were courteous and flexible. Worked with me on needs. They did leave some debris by accident, and working with them to remove. The office was hard to get a hold of. They showed up on the scheduled day.
