The receptionist was kind and even checked in with me a few days later to make sure everything was going well with my lashes. She also reminded me when it was time to clean them and explained how to properly care for them.

Brianna was so sweet and did my lashes exactly how we discussed. I felt welcomed and comfortable as soon as I walked in. I usually lose my lashes pretty quickly, but this time I didn’t start shedding until about a week later, which really impressed me.
