She also gives you really good tips and follows up with you to see if you're taking care of your hair. I really trust Melissa and only Melissa with my hair especially because my hair is naturally curly I do not want it to straighten out because of the bleach but she achieved my goal as always. This work was done in September and I just went in to change my look and she did so good on that too. It's like a grayish and I absolutely love it . She also keeps really good conversations with you and is constantly asking if you're OK or if you need anything. Melissa Perez is for sure my go to girl for my hair.
