About eight years ago, I had a balayage done by someone else, and I wasn’t happy with it at all. My hair felt dry, and I couldn’t wait for it to grow out. Because of that experience, I was hesitant to color my hair again. Over the years, though, Edith and I had talked during my haircut appointments about hair color, the high-quality products she uses, and her approach to keeping hair healthy. When I finally decided I was ready, I sent her inspiration pictures (created with ChatGPT), and she asked all the right questions to make sure we were on the same page.
