“Will did a very good job for us. He figured out the reason for outdoor light not working. Then he replaced fluorescent bathroom lights for 2recessed led lights. He had to repair a hole in the ceiling, and textured the ceiling to match the bathroom wall.“

“We made an appointment with Maverick Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air to evaluate and inspect our heating system. We had a problem with a lack of hot air blowing from the vents. I was very happy, that when I called they answered the phone and set up an appointment immediately. This response is excellent, because our home is in Truckee and it is not always that easy getting service. We received a text that Jonathan was on the way the day of the appointment. When Jonathan arrived he was vey professional. He did a thorough inspection and evaluation. He explained everything he checked followed by a detailed email with specifics and pictures. Jonathan found that the inducer motor was not running to its optimum efficiency and may need to be addressed. We were given an estimate for replacement. “I received a referral to JMK Electric through Next Door which I find to be consistently reliable. JMK did not disappoint. I had a problem with a flashing LED light and I requested a service call since the light was fairly new.
I thought the wiring was the problem. Instead of dispatching a tech, JMK trouble shooted my issue over the phone and I was able to fix it without having an electrician come out to the house. JMK not only didn't charge me, they followed up with me to see if the problem was resolved. There are not many businesses' today that provide such exceptional service. “Tom installed our whole house fan over 10 years ago. I noticed a squeaking when we first turned it on and should have called for a checkup at that time. Instead, I waited and then BOOM, the fan belt broke. I was shocked that Tom still owns the business and still does the installs and repairs. He came out and not only put on a new belt, but put on a new pully and a new controller that can be operated from your phone via Bluetooth. VERY COOL!!! Everything including the service call came out to less than $250 which I felt was well worth it, just to have our Whole House Fan up and running again.“
