“We found out that the breakers in our electrical box no longer meet code and can sometimes fail to break the circuit in case of a short circuit. We hired Doug Milan after a recommendation from a worker at Emigh's Hardware and he replaced the electrical box and rerouted the point at which SMUD makes the connection because the old connection site no longer meets SMUD requirements. He and his assistant worked most of the day of final connection with SMUD in near rain in the 40's and the connection was made and circuits verified with no problems. Doug took care of all permitting and inspections and all went off without a hitch. I would have no problem recommending him and would he would be my first choice should I need electrical work in the future.“

“We had our old and outdated whole house fan die on us and desperate to not be without it we called Fanman. Tom (owner) came out and provided estimate and a week later we had a new, updated, and quieter whole house fan installed! Whole install to clean up was done within two hours. Our new fan works better than our old fan ever did, not to mention that the switch is able to be controlled remotely via app now. Our fan install also came with a light and fire alarm in the attic. Not only do we have a more efficient fan but we also have peace of mind. We are so extremely happy with our purchase and overall experience.
