My hard drive crashed. I know. I arrived at Cosner-Neipp in a desperate state and asked them if they repaired nervous breakdowns because I was barely coping. I wanted to know if they could recommend a respectable, legitimate hard drive recovery company. Instead, they took my hard drive, hooked it up to their computers, did some kind of voodoo mystical magical routine, and informed me that they could recover the data for me on the spot, today. A few hours later and my hard drive (and life’s work) were restored. Everything intact. Nothing missing. I lost everything, got it back, and can’t thank them enough…but I’ll try. THANK YOU, Cosner-Neipp, for taking me as a walk-in, in a frantic state, and working your magic to restore my hard drive. It was a hard lesson to learn but you got me through it. Lucy gave me an amazing massage. I went 2 days in a row because I could only do 30 minutes the first day and I knew she could really help my back pain if I came back for another hour. I just got done with my hour massage and she did such an amazing job. It's rare that I feel better after a massage, usually just sore but she really did provide me with immediate relief. She is my new go to massage therapist. I have chronic back pain and I was not doing well the last couple weeks. I'm so glad I found her. If you struggle with pain, she's the one to help!

Excellent counselor, office feels like home, never feel rushed. Does an excellent job establishing a coherent baseline as to why you're there. And best of all, he doesn't use the cliche "how do you feel". Kevin's 30 plus years of experience comes through with a pleasant blend of college professor meets country doctor observations as he guides you to a better understanding of why you're there. Two Thumbs up if you are old enough to remember those guys.
I took my (almost 17 year old) daughter to L&G Salon after inquiring about a belly button piercing for her birthday. I give the easiest 5 stars ever after our experience with Lacie. Right after my daughter stood up after the piercing, she passed out, collapsed. Lacie stayed calm and pinned my daughter's tiny body against her own, and gently guided her to the ground. She came to a moment later. Lacie mentioned she has 20+ years experience, which definitely shows. She stayed with us until we left, making sure she was okay. Her professionalism, kindness, and ability to stay calm was appreciated, when mom wasn't so calm herself. The salon itself was very clean, smelt amazing, and the nail tech working was also very kind and helpful.

The people there are really nice and friendly. They always have treated me well when I go get my nails and toes done by them. I even went to them to my nails and toes for my wedding and they came out beautifully!!! I am definitely a repeat customer forever! My Mom even went with me for my wedding nails appointment and got her nails and toes done too and said that they were the best nail people that she has ever been too! I highlight recommend them!!! My Mom’s pedicure and full set was $80, and my nails and pedicure because I got a lot of extras for my wedding was $130, which averages out to be about $100 each. I think that was decent pricing wise.
My go-to place for pedicures! Danny and Tina are wonderful, considerate people who both do an excellent job on your feet and take care with any concerns you may have. It is a nice relaxed environment without loud, harsh music that can drown out conversation.

I went here after I called the same day for an appointment. Charity helped me and was very honest about what she would be able to do with my very thick hair. She listened to every word I said and gave me exactly the haircut I wanted! I had to bring my newborn and they were so sweet about it! Definitely found my new hair stylist!

When I lived in Ridgecrest, this is where I came for my skin care. Jen is very knowledgeable and thorough. She got my face looking brighter and clearer and even though I’ve moved across the state, I continue to order my skin car products from her. You won’t be disappointed if you go see her!
Ed has always answered my phone calls or called me back within the same day if he cannot answer right away. I appreciate Ed for doing that. He came and did some electrical work so that I could connect my electrical heat pump so that I could get hot water in the hot tub and pool. Whoever built a "hot" tub and not have heat, must not be thinking str8. Anyway that issue is resolved and now I'm having Ed look at my front house fountain to see if there's any issue with the electrical or pump to fix that.

Storytime:We previously hired another Fencing Company (SFC) that is a licensed contractor in Ridgecrest and the job they did was absolutely embarrassing, any random joe shmo on the street with 0 experience could have done what they did, we had neighbors asking how they could leave it like that and why they didn't pick up the screws they littered all over the sidewalk/gutter. The altercation that occurred between me and the business owner when I was trying to explain to him (calmly at that) that it wasn't what I wanted and it was unacceptable. The owner flipped his lid and ripped the entire fence out including the posts that were not even cemented in when they were supposed to be, So I started calling around to see if we could find someone else to do this job.I called Evergreen Construction and Toby was happy to take the job and came over that day to measure and go over what I wanted for the fence, he was very positive, honest, and realistic with me when I originally showed him what I wanted. He gave me his expert opinion and we settled on a design.He got us an estimate right away and it was more than affordable, his team showed up and started measuring and putting posts in the following week. He gave me everything I asked for and I am more than satisfied with the job he and his team did for us, they were extremely professional and moved very quickly. He also took time out of his busy day to answer any questions I may have had and so did his team. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

I was petrified of going to the Chiropractor, she made my visit easy, she understood and pinpointed my back and neck pain and treated it, gently and with compassion. I love taking my dog here. They have a deal on Tuesday for nail trimmings and they also do baths and make your fur baby smell great! They also have plenty of other options to get their fur coat even more shiny! If you have a fur baby that needs pampering or if they're stinky take them here!

Maggi is a massage goddess! I just had my first massage with Maggi, and it was an excellent experience. I am recovering from a motorcycle accident, and she listened to me and where the stress and tension were stored in my body, then worked out those knots. I will definitely be making more appointments!
