I got a pedicure and the experience was nice, the only thing I did not care for was the lack of communication on pricing. Although I did ask what was the charge for gel it was never stated on any sign or paper menu they give for the pedicure selection. I picked the simple package I only needed to have my toes done for an event I am not a frequent customer package price was $30.00. I asked her to do a French tip on me and she never said French tip is extra or anything once I was done and went to pay my $30.00 pedicure was now $51.00 when asking the woman what cost $21 extra dollars she said because I got gel and French tip so its $20.00 extra. The skill level was awesome I would have to say but one on one people social skills need some serious work.... Re-edit.....I was being nice that day because my nails looked cute... But honestly .... Now that my nails are off... I'm mad about the damage that was done to my real nail bed... The day I got them done... I felt burning on my nail beds... I was told that normal... Now my nail beds are slit and they are so irritating.... Bad experience I won't forget everytime I comb my hair or do dishes

I have been coming to vip nails for a couple years now. I love everyone there. I came in for a pedicure today, I don't normally get pedis I usually get fills on my acrylic's. Sandy didn't have any appointments when I came in so she took me because I was a walk in. She was amazing with my nails and my toes! Thank you so much to everyone at VIP nails.
