“Michael's is AMAZING. Not only for installation quality - they did a top notch job install our Mitsubishi mini split system - but also for their follow up on our system and service after the fact.
We had two units installed, a 3 head 24000 BTU unit feeding our bedrooms, and a single head 18000 BTU unit feeding our living room. We were quite happy with their competitive offer and decided to go with them based on the reviews we saw online. The difference once the system was installed was immediate and excellent. Our power bill went down (wasn't expecting that, as all we had was a swamp cooler before) and our house is straight cold in these 120 degree summers. They were done with the installation in two short days. Their wiring, and installation quality was excellent. The units are professionally mounted, and you can tell they took great care in every aspect of the installation. I run a lot of wiring in my line of work, and these guys definitely know what they are doing.
So, fast forward two years. We have had them come out to service our system 4 times (required semi annual maintenance for our warranty to remain active). During this most recent heat wave, we ended up having an issue where our bedroom system blew a fuse. Not fun in this 115 degree heat. I called their voicemail line at 7:30pm on a SUNDAY, and they sent me a text about 30 minutes later. They had a tech at my home at 6:45 am the next day. Never in my life have I ever had that kind of service, anywhere. I would recommend them to anyone, anytime. Their equipment they install is excellent, and their service is absolutely unbeatable.
If you are dying in this heat, and are on the fence, take this as your sign. These guys know what they are doing, will treat you right, and not leave you out to dry after you have purchased from them.
100% I would install with them again knowing everything I do now. Heck, I'd be more likely to install following their excellent service after this recent issue we had.”
