But what really set Michael's apart was the incredible and honorable customer service. By no fault of anyone on Michael's team, the outdoor multi-zone compressor unit began acting faulty after a few weeks due to what turned out to be a random manufacturing defect with the circuit board. Michael worked hard to troubleshoot and figure out the issue, and instead of trying to fix components on the undependable compressor, he covered us with a brand new outdoor replacement unit. Everything is working perfectly now, and I can't really say enough about the quality of customer care that we received.
