Contractor bid on a job that had a very detailed plan. We did not deviate from the plan. They were more than 2 months late in starting the job, no communication on the delay. After starting work, the contractor backtracked on 1 feature of the backyard leaving us to figure it out on our own. He reduced the cost but since it wasn't spelled out in the bid, we have no idea what amount should have been deducted. There was an issue with drainage that this same contractor had installed but was damaged by a dif contractor when brick wall installed.
