“Ed has always answered my phone calls or called me back within the same day if he cannot answer right away. I appreciate Ed for doing that. He came and did some electrical work so that I could connect my electrical heat pump so that I could get hot water in the hot tub and pool. Whoever built a "hot" tub and not have heat, must not be thinking str8. Anyway that issue is resolved and now I'm having Ed look at my front house fountain to see if there's any issue with the electrical or pump to fix that.“

“Around 9:00 pm on a Monday, my water heater catastrophically failed (major leaking out of the pressure relief valve pipe and lots of rumbling/popping noises). I feared the unit was about to explode, so I called IWV Plumbing, which has a 24 hour on-call technician. I reached somebody immediately, and the technician was at my house within 15 minutes. The technician was very friendly and verified that my water heater was properly shut down. He also capped the water lines so I could turn the main water back on to the house. Based on the age of my water heater, we decided it was best to replace the unit, and the technician was able to get me on the schedule the very next day.Two different technicians (Felipe and Andrew) arrived promptly at 2:30 pm that Tuesday to remove my existing water heater and replace it with a brand new unit. They were both very professional and friendly. The installation was quick and efficient, and I had a fully functioning new water heater a few hours later.I am highly impressed that IWV Plumbing was able to install a brand new water heater less that 24 hours after my original unit failed. Additionally, the new water heater installation (including haul away and coding upgrades) was the cheapest in town and came with a 10% Military Discount off the labor. It also came with a 2 year labor warranty and a 6 year unit warranty. The cost of the emergency after-hours call was very reasonable as well. I was highly satisfied with IWV Plumbing and plan to use them for any future plumbing needs. Thank you for a job well done!!“
