I learned some things I didn't know, esp about a possible alternative medication which might be appropriate for me. The staff, for the most part, was friendly. I was surprised at the 'downscale' waiting room, and particularly didn't appreciate having to listen to the TV. I'm used to a more "professional" setting, but if the care is good, that's my priority. Almost got writer's cramp from filling out all the forms! Brought my health record on a thumb drive -- surprised no-one wanted to see it.“
