“Ordered online a floral arrangement with an add on of a birthday balloon to be delivered to an employee of a nearby hospital. Within a few minutes I received a friendly call from the florist to confirm the recipient and location of delivery. It was just about noon time at this point and I asked if they would be able to do a same delivery (even though the online system noted it for the next day) and they said they would try to make it happen. I was hopeful but wasn't going to be mad if it couldn't happen. My birthday recipient let me know that they received the beautiful arrangement with a pic (it looked just like the option I chose on their website).
