Called the Sherman Oaks location to order bereavement flowers. Viviana was so kind and professional. When I received the first photo the arrangement was pretty but was not too happy about the condition of the flowers. I called and spoke with Brenda and expressed my concerns and she so was kind and understanding and offered to change the flowers at no additional cost. Once I got the 2nd email with the photo and I was ecstatic on how beautiful the arrangement was. Great job Orchid Republic of Sherman Oaks.
I needed to send flowers to my mom for Valentines Day in Los Angeles, I found this florist on Yelp. Needless to say they did not only do a good job but did it efficiently (Flowers were delivered at 10 AM on Valentines day as they promised and my mom said it was beautiful.
I cannot say enough great things about this boutique. I sent my mom flowers and she just couldn’t stop telling me how beautiful the style is how full the flowers look and how fresh they are. Highly recommended!!
