She isprofessional, courteous, kind and patient, in shortan invaluable asset to this business. I called her fourtimes from London, each time with a differentrequest and each time she accommodated me withpatience.I also requested a photo of the bouquet which wasbeautiful. She did her best to send it off the sameday, as it was urgent for me.The value was also adequate for such a beautifulbouquet.I highly recommend this florist.

They did an absolutely gorgeous arrangement just as it looks in the photo on their website. They also let choose the color of the box and the color of the flowers in the arrangement. I am beyond happy to have found La Fleurel...they are truly wonderful
