“After 1-800-Flowers failed to make a same day delivery for 3 consecutive days(initial delivery, not new one), after finally get a live rep and demanding my $89.68 back, I swore never to use them again, they never even contacted me to say they couldn't fulfill the order and that they would get it done the next day. I tried to check the status at 8:00 am, their tracking system was not work the day passed I'm thinking the flowers have been delivered, I called until I could get a live person only to be told the florist said they were unable to get to it but they can tomorrow and won't charge you any additional, I was livid and said 'Hell No". I received beautiful flowers yesterday for my 70th birthday from my sister, the Yellow Roses were a deep beautiful hue, several Lilly Buds which will bloom over the next few days ensuring I have fresh flowers to look at for days to come, all the greenery was Uber fresh as was all of the fresh floral accents to the central bouquet. The card said Flower Factory, I started an online order but had a question as they offered $10 off for yelp customers but I didn't know how to access fyi there is no promo code they will however graciously apply it with a phone order and probably instore . The young lady was the epitome of courtesy and professionalism, she asked me to hold for a few minutes to call the florist servicing the area of delivery to ensure the arrangement I chose could be arranged and delivered today, that took all of 2 minutes, she returned, re-verified all information and I was good to. I would utilize them again in a heartbeat without any hesitation.“
