“Heather and her team at Unique provided the florals for our wedding last October at Bel-Air Bay Club. This was a hard review to write because the colors, creativity, and sheer scale of Heather’s floral design honestly left me speechless! We wanted bright, bold colors, lots of greenery, organic shapes, and some unusual bud/plant choices. Heather was open to feedback at our mockup and really listened to our preferences. To say the final result blew us away is an understatement. I’ve never been to a wedding where people couldn’t stop talking about the flowers until now! But the most impressive and spectacular piece was Heather’s design for the courtyard fountain, which became a stunning centerpiece and iconic background for photos. Every dollar spent was well-worth it - the decor was elegant, lush, and exactly what we envisioned. Trust Unique to bring the “wow factor”!“

“They need to open more markets, I think there is one in Northridge. They are not as upscale as Pavillions. I give a heads up to Pavillions in West Hills. They remodeled their market in the inside a while ago and now the outside like all the other stores in Platt Village including Wells Fargo had a much needed remodel. This store usually has what I want and the staff there are always helpful and polite. Their steaks are excellent, but the 1st prize goes the bakery dept with hands down the best jelly donuts in town. In other words they take care of what I need and the ambiance is exceedingly all around pleasant to shop in.“

“I used the Vons app today for a one hour delivery time frame via the Carlsbad, CA store. After the third-party member picked up the order and did not deliver for almost three hours, I requested a refund for the melted ice cream which I received promptly. I certainly did not expect to see this a couple of hours later: a refund for the entire purchase...thank you Vons for going above and beyond with your customer service!“

“Pavilions Floral stands out compared to most grocery store flower departments. The arrangements here are noticeably nicer and more thoughtfully designed than what you typically find in a supermarket setting, with a good mix of elegant bouquets, seasonal pieces, and higher-end arrangements.

This definitely isn’t a bargain floral department — prices run more medium to high — but the presentation and quality generally justify it. The flowers during my visit looked fresh, colorful, and well cared for, and the display area itself was clean and visually appealing.

It’s a convenient option when you want something that feels a little more upscale without having to make a separate trip to a dedicated florist. Overall, a very solid grocery store floral department with better-than-average quality and presentation.“

The people in the deli were so helpful and told me who to call and when to call. Early the next morning I called for Emily. She was lovely and gave me all of the information. I placed the order, emailed the photo for the cake and added a few other details. I have to be honest, I wasn't sure what I would get...
