“Once I was ready to get the project started, the crew was able to come out a few days later. They knocked it out quickly and with great quality.I had some in-ceiling speakers installed which was pretty involved since speaker wire had to be pulled through a number of obstacles in the ceiling and wall. They got it all patched up and looking like they were never there.They also hid other speaker and TV cables with high precision. I was notably impressed by how they did my Left/Right wall-mounted speaker cables. They took the time to precisely locate the holes they needed to cut so it would (1) be totally hidden and (2) exactly line up with the speaker terminal, which is a small target. It may sound trivial, but it actually would have been rather involved to get that right.In addition to the A/V work, we had them add some recess lights which look fantastic. The foreman was able to help us decide where to locate the lights and we super happy happy with where they are now.With all this work, it was still cheaper than going directly with the A/V installers I quoted initially for just the speaker and speaker wire install.I would 100% hire Rodi Construction again. “We used Mayen Builders for some minor upgrades/remodeling to a bathroom, as well as some small touch up items elsewhere (e.g., drywall patch and paint). Hector was great to work with, and did great work. His particular superpower is communications - he communicates better than any other contractor I've worked with, including making sure that we know the impact of decisions we're making, we know the materials being used, etc. Hector also went above and beyond in a few ways on our job. As one example, we had arranged with Hector to pick up a new bathroom vanity and countertop from the warehouse. Hector picked it up, but then noticed some serious manufacturing defects that would have made the vanity not hold up long term. Instead of trying to hide the issue and take the path of least resistance, Hector actually went back to the wareouse and worked with them to ensure a new unit was provided. I would happily hire Hector again for a future job, and would recommend him based on communications, fair price, and quality work. Thank you, Hector!“

“Steve, Majid and Kevin did an impressive job on my full bathroom remodel. Steve had excellent design ideas and was patient with my indecisiveness; Majid’s tight coordination of the subcontractors got the job done in one month (which was ahead of schedule!) and Kevin was responsive to my requests for touch-ups at the end. All the workers were friendly, courteous, and professional. I appreciate the quality of their work and am pleased with their completive pricing. (Their “package deal” easily beat the 3 bids I got from independent contractors, even though I “switched out” some of the items in their package.) It was a positive experience from start to finish! (Tip: Be sure to discuss your preferred placement of the vanity lights with Majid or he will install them 1 foot from the ceiling, too high for my taste.)“
