Ronbow - Redwood City Showroom
“My experience at Ronbow - Redwood City Showroom was not satisfactory. I did not receive the expected quality of customer service upon visiting the showroom. It was difficult to get enough cooperation or detailed information from the staff, making it difficult to get a clear idea about the products. Also, even though I had to wait for a while, the service was not as expected. Overall, the experience was disappointing. I hope they improve the quality of customer service, communication, and speed of service in the future, so that other customers have a better experience.”
