“Martha was a pleasure to work with. She worked closely with our contractor (Genuine Kitchen and Bath) and us to come up with custom cabinets to met our needs. She helped us fine tune what we really wanted and needed in our kitchen and made some game-changing suggestions when we were stuck on certain parts of the design. She was clear about when things were recommended vs. when we needed to trust her experience and knowledge and go with her idea.
One of the best things Martha had us do during the design process was to think about the “zones” of our kitchen and how each area would be used. Based on her suggestion, I planned out where everything would go in the kitchen. This helped her as she designed the spaces that needed drawers vs. cabinets, etc. And it helped us think through where we would store the supplies for our daughter, who has some allergies, to help avoid cross-contamination. It also made the eventual move-in process really efficient - because I knew exactly where everything went.
We love our new kitchen cabinets - the quality, the style, the look and the functionality. A few of our favorite things… the 90 degree corner cabinet, the half-susan pull-out shelves, the deep drawers and our absolute favorite…the drawer that holds our garbage and recycling bins!

She is an expert on the product, helped us with the design and came to the work site multiple times for our questions, changes and inspections when the cabinets were delivered. If anything needed to be corrected, she took care of it immediately and we quickly received the replacements. The cost was a good value and we were able to upgrade cabinets while staying on budget. She also helped us purchase pulls and handles at a lower price than anywhere else. Their office address may be on the peninsula, but we are in Walnut Creek and she services the East Bay as if she is your next door neighbor.
