My experience at Ronbow - Redwood City Showroom was not satisfactory. I did not receive the expected quality of customer service upon visiting the showroom. It was difficult to get enough cooperation or detailed information from the staff, making it difficult to get a clear idea about the products. Also, even though I had to wait for a while, the service was not as expected. Overall, the experience was disappointing. I hope they improve the quality of customer service, communication, and speed of service in the future, so that other customers have a better experience.

Update, star count upgraded - Ronbow contacted me and quickly sent over an excellent technician who was able to make some mounting adjustments and solve all of the problems with the pullout, hinges and slides. I appreciate this effort three years later and the quality and speed of the repair work. The cabinets overall hold up well and I would get TFL frameless cabinets again over wood without any hesitation.

The entire experience was smooth from start to finish. The design consultation was detailed, the team listened carefully, and the final cabinets look amazing. You can tell the workmanship comes from years of experience.
