Being that it wasn't too busy on the day we went there, we were able to have a relaxed, evenly paced look at all the options they offered, and we left feeling like we had likely found the solution to our window covering situation. Our appointment with Jack for an on-site assessment proceeded smoothly and quickly, and Jack was very kind and patient with us as we selected our colors and styles, even adding an extra couple of windows after his visit with no fuss and and a lightning-fast turnaround on a revised quote. He also maintained open communication and was reachable via text, phone, and email, so there was never an issue with responsiveness. Considering how quickly and accurately the installers worked on installation day, along with demonstrating tips for usage, vacuuming up around the sills and cleaning up all the resulting trash from installation, I feel like we got a sweet deal. The house really looks like a home now with our blinds, we have peace of mind now, and the one room with blackout blinds with lightlock really make the room pitch-black, just like I wanted.
