Luxe Home Remodeling gets five stars. I called Samo, the owner and explained my dilemma and he scheduled an appointment to meet with me to discuss my project. Coming behind another contractor to fix is not an easy task, but Samo assessed the situation and new immediately what needed to be done according to code specification. Very knowledgeable, patient, even tempered and personable. A truly great guy!!!!
