She used the Vald Assessment with the ForceDecks to get a clear picture as to my baseline strength and balance so that we can move forward with my recovery and return to sports... We also used the JetBoots (big leg compressions) to help minimize my swelling and move the fluid away from my knee.<br><br>My injury: Complex left knee meniscus tear and MCL sprain.<br>Surgery: Partial menisectomy.<br><br>Dr. Carina showed me exercises that I could and should be doing for where I am with my recovery - and explained things perfectly. I'm a competitive pickleball player and avid athlete - so having a detailed picture of where my weakness is as compared to where I was, is invaluable in terms of improvement moving forward.<br><br>I'd like to also comment about how next level I felt AIM was. It feels like a place where you go to not only recover - but to also come back stronger and more explosive in whatever sport is it that you play.<br><br>My goal like everyone recovering from an injury is to first get out of pain and then to get range of motion and weight bearing back. Other PT clinics that I've been to have helped me, but in a much more general approach. AIM is simply next level when it comes to both your general recovery steps and everything beyond that and that was the biggest difference for me - when compared to other clinics.<br><br>Healing and recovering and definitely important to me, but I want to be stronger and faster at the end of this and AIM will definitely get me to that place.<br><br>So a BIG THANK YOU to AIM !!!”

Lum and Nu Image Wellness came up multiple times. And now I know why. This isn’t a conveyor belt place where you are in and out in 90 seconds, not feeling like much has been done. They really take time with me, and do the often missed , ever so important soft tissue work before they even do my adjustments, which Ive learned is essential for actual progress to be made. I was also given simple action items to do at home to help maintain and advance my progress in between appointments.
