“I found Bob Eco Fans through Angi’s List. The response was great and after reaching out to Bob, my whole house fan was installed 2 days later. Bob was patient and kind in answering all my questions, explaining the difference between an attic fan and a whole house fan and the benefits. I was ready to sign on the dotted line after talking to him. On installation day, Mawr the installer for my job, showed up on time ready to go. I got a great vibe from him as well. He set up, installed the fan, cleaned up, and showed me how to use it. It could just be me, but I felt like it was already cooler in my house after the first day. I think it was because of the awesome customer service. If you’re looking to have an attic fan or whole house fan installed, you will be more than satisfied with Bobs Eco Fans. They are a great choice!!“

The Airport Fire ? ash got in my swimming ? pool & started breaking away my existing plaster, the water was draining underground & my water bill has been excessively high as I have a water filler on that pool. I got a couple of local quotes from businesses off of yelp/google, but they were so high, unreasonable & couldn’t even start my project for months. I reached out to California Builders & they had someone draining my pool within days, after 4 days, my pool went from ruined to what now looks like a resort pool & for super reasonable pricing. “Ruthie is a talented and committed designer who transformed our great room. This room is the central space in our very small house, and we last furnished and decorated it when we had toddlers. Those kids are nearly grown now, and our needs and tastes have changed a lot. So a year ago we called Ruthie, seeking help. Over the next year, she and Chet were frequent visitors to our house, taking measurements, showing us mockups, and advocating for her ideas (while ultimately respecting our sense of style - and our decisions). Our house is very small, and every square inch counts. So she designed an entertainment center in the corner of the room, with most of the electronics hidden behind new drawers that come out of the wall. She redesigned an existing closet that we barely used because the door swung out so far into the room, it bumped into our couch. Now we have this super-clever low profile closet that’s higher and wider than the original – way more usable storage space. She recommended several new pieces of furniture, too, which are now sitting in our great room, simultaneously more comfortable, attractive, and space-economical. In short, the room really is more pleasant and usable now, and it looks so much better too. This was all due to Ruthie. She worked very hard on this project, searching magazines, the internet and trade shows to find us the perfect chair or the ideal closet hinge. This was not an easy job – our house has a lot of custom construction, our walls are all tongue-in-groove paneling that is very hard to find (she found someone who could custom-mill it). But she saw us through to the other side, and we are very pleased with the result. We got to know her (and her subcontractors) very well in the process, and we’ve got an excellent relationship (that’s not nothing – the whole renovation took over a year). Did I mention she doesn’t even specialize in living rooms? Apparently bathrooms are her niche! Well she definitely knew her stuff. I highly recommend her. She will work and work and work for you, and your house will show it.“

“Called Just Landscape Lightning for low voltage lights maintenance. Sean came out and cleaned, polished and replaced broken fixtures. There was an issue with existing wiring and few lights didn't work. Sean was able to rewire the system so that all lights worked. I definitely recommend Just Landscape Lightning. Excellent work and reasonable rates.“
