But in this case, I felt the need to help others who might be looking for HVAC services.My 86-year-old mother lives alone and recently told me that her house has been freezing for months. Because I do not live close by, I sent an HVAC serviceman (from another company) out to check out her system. After seeing pictures of the attic and HVAC components, it was clear that she needed an entirely new system, including air ducts (which had decayed through the years) and she needed additional blown insulation to reach an R30 factor. I used oakridge energy because my electricity bill has been overly expensive .I contacted them witch they were extremely helpful, they did an Energy audit on my house. And found out. What Was causing my electricity bill to be so high. employees have great customer service and very easy to work with
