When it came in Bob told me what to watch out for when I installed it.He also told me to hang onto the unit as long as I could because it was a great unit. I had since called him when a blade broke off of the outside cooling fan. He sent a repairman out the next day, ordered the part, and was installed the next day. “Visiting my 90 year old aunt and her heating went out. Called Phil Carpenter's and was told they could have someone out the next morning first thing. When I explained it was for an elderly homeowner, Brandon said he would see what he could do. Called back a few hours later and said he could have a tech swing by. Took Andrew a bit to isolate the intermittent problem but found a couple of things that were not running optimally. Explained everything very well and replaced the parts and she's been warm since. “My Fiance and I have used Stelters for the past three years in our various homes. Over the years we have had a few unrelated issues in our systems, Steve and his team have jumped on it every time. Most previously, this past weekend Steve, the owner, came out within hours of calling and helped us out as quickly as he could. “Our AC unit stopped in the middle of the night, our Home Warranty was no help except for finding a company in SACRAMENTO who couldn't get to us until July 1st ...2 weeks away. With Redding heat this wasn't going to work... we took matters into our hands and called Paul... he returned our call on a SATURDAY in a matter of minutes. We had Redding Heating & Air come out to look at our air conditioning unit and also our hot water heater as we had been having trouble with them for a while.

We still had the original unit from when the house was built and Eric was very knowledgeable and walked us through all of the options we had for installation.

They showed up two days later with a new system and the installation went through without a hitch and we were up and running by the end of the afternoon!“
