When I explained it was for an elderly homeowner, Brandon said he would see what he could do. Called back a few hours later and said he could have a tech swing by. When it came in Bob told me what to watch out for when I installed it.He also told me to hang onto the unit as long as I could because it was a great unit. I had since called him when a blade broke off of the outside cooling fan. He sent a repairman out the next day, ordered the part, and was installed the next day. We had Redding Heating & Air come out to look at our air conditioning unit and also our hot water heater as we had been having trouble with them for a while.

We still had the original unit from when the house was built and Eric was very knowledgeable and walked us through all of the options we had for installation.

They showed up two days later with a new system and the installation went through without a hitch and we were up and running by the end of the afternoon!“
