They adjusted the process and let her rest in between steps instead of rushing everything. Her fur looked fluffy and evenly trimmed afterward, especially around the legs where other groomers tend to leave awkward patches. I appreciated getting a quick update text during the appointment too. It made the whole experience feel much more personal and reassuring.“
