My little pomeranian usually comes home shaking after grooming appointments, so I warned the staff ahead of time that she gets anxious around loud dryers. They adjusted the process and let her rest in between steps instead of rushing everything. Her fur looked fluffy and evenly trimmed afterward, especially around the legs where other groomers tend to leave awkward patches. I appreciated getting a quick update text during the appointment too. It made the whole experience feel much more personal and reassuring.
They were recommended by my regular dog groomer when I couldn’t get an appointment. I explained my emergency and they got me in on the same day. Very nice, very professional, and very dog friendly. Probably the best grooming he’s ever had! They ar my new regular!!
