My mom had all her final wishes set up years ago with the Trident Society . I do not live in the area so I was counting on her end of life being taken care with dignity and care. Aerial, the funeral director, went through every aspect of her cremation. Every detail was checked and double checked to make sure it was all correct. She was extremely caring, patient and understanding that we were going through a tough time . Every step of the way she kept us in the loop . The entire staff was extremely helpful and made us feel that this was the best thing for our mom . I have nothing but respect for people that do this work . They did it very well. Thank you 🙏
The process took a lot longer than I was told in the beginning. Although a lot of that had to do with the hospice doctor dropping the ball on his end. But I would have appreciated whether be a phone call a text or an email from Trident to let me know what's going on. I had to call them like 4 times myself, which I shouldn't have to do that. Dad passed away June 1st and did not get cremated until June 30th.....Other than that, everything was good.
I was impressed by the professionalism, kindness, compassion, attention to detail, prompt follow up while assisting with a family member's arrangements. I appreciate Trident for making the process clear easy during a difficult time of loss and grief.
