My parents made their final arrangements with Smart Cremations years ago. We had to call them this past August because my father passed away. Two women showed up in about an hour and were very warm and assured us the would take great care of my dad. I watched as they prepared him for shrouding and it was one of the most beautiful experiences to witness. After getting him shrouded they asked myself and my nephew to help them put him on the gurney. I walked out with them and watched them put him in their transport van as if he was precious cargo. After that when we were making calls to the VA and Social Security we found they had already taken care of everything....read full review
SMART Cremation assisted my family 14 years ago when my father passed so it was natural that I call them when my mother passed unexpectedly in January. The price for their services was reasonable. The team was compassionate, reasonably responsive (I did wait a few days in the midst of the process for a return call, but it turned out to be no big deal overall), and returned my mother's remains to me in a lovely box/urn efficiently. I am grateful and would recommend them to others on the basis of my experience. Thank you to Kellie C and everyone at SMART Cremation.
This was one of the best seminars I’ve ever attended. The plan and or product is structured in such way, that it is affordable and stress free. Thank you for putting a well thought out plan in place, where customer needs are met and put first.
