I attended a tour of the Forest Lawn facility and found it to be a well maintained, professional environment who cares about what they do. This type of work obviously isn’t for everybody, but it shows that they have gone to great lengths to ensure they have the proper staff with the right temperament to handle these situations.
The chapel was neat and non denominational, making it appealing to all walks of life. The person who helped me, Dean Ehrlich, was extremely helpful and understanding. He walked me through the steps of making my own final arrangements with an eye toward what was important for me - to not increase any burden on my family when the time comes.

I talked to Norma through my employer, I kept her info and we agreed to meet few weeks later, I saved up some money and we met again to acquire the services, she was very clear and patient with all the details, and questions I had. She was always available, and caring. I just started my contract but hopefully payments will go smooth.
