“I needed to add additional ram space to my pc. I did a google search and Jason the computer guy popped up. His office was less than 10 minutes from my office. I was able to bring my computer by the same day I reached. Jason was able to install the additional ram and then did a maintenance checkup and advised that I might want to consider replacement of my hard drive as an upgrade to my Dell Optiplex. It all made sense based on the diagnostics he shared with me. Jason provided the hardrive upgrade which I purchased at Best Buy and then a week later he completed the hard drive clone replacement and had the computer ready for me within a very reasonable amount of time within the time and estimate he originally proposed.
I feel very confident with Jason and very happy to have a new computer tech near my office for support as needed.
Best experience I have had in a very long time as my prior person has retired.
I would certainly recommend and use Jason the computer guy again.
