Entered store. Clerk very welcoming and listened to my repair and cost concerns. Let me speak first then told me all my options. He told me he was very busy and was realistic with diagnosis time and repair. Overall a very good experience and good customer service skills. Happy.
In a word life saving.. I am a Canadian on a working vacation whose laptop ground to a halt ( no internet connectivity) on Saturday February 28th.
Fortunately, my hotel KIMPTON ROWAN, referred me to D.A Computers. John and Kaden had me back up and running Monday Morning. I highly and unqualifiedly recommend their

John was absolutely fantastic! I called him in a total panic over an issue with my work computer, and he came over on an emergency call without hesitation. What felt like a major disaster to me turned out to be a quick and easy fix thanks to his calm, professional approach. He explained everything clearly, reassured me, and had me back up and running in no time.
