“This guy took one look at the inside of my pc said "there's your problem" pointed at my no name hard drive, sent me home with an idea of what to replace it with. Didn't even charge me, i replacef the part and voila no more crashes no more insane load time. Would give 10 stars if possible“

“The phone system is wild with tons and tons of options to jump through. It never rings directly as Troy (owner). He gets inundated with calls and things they don't fix. I spoke to Troy and he said to come in so I can show him my laptop monitor as it was damaged. He called me later that day with a quote. It took two weeks for him to get the part as one company had it and then became backordered. The communication from Troy could have been much better through email, call or even text. My screen took 4 weeks and he missed a few deadlines. But when you see him in person he is nice and friendly and we had a great conversation. He is very knowledgeable about this craft. I do suggest his service and the price was reasonable.“

“My fairly new computer wouldn't turn.. oh, well it would turn on but it was simply a blue screen with some sort of message on it giving me options. I was terrified because I do not know anything about computers and I was afraid I would hit a button that would erase all my work. Hundreds of files. I called the net medic and immediately took it down to their office. He was able to save everything that was somewhere on the computer I guess and then do what he had to do to put it all back in and my computer is now up and running perfectly. I do however have to change or redo the passwords on all my accounts online but luckily I have them all written down. Both Brian and Sophia are lovely people and I was so pleased with what they did.“
