“In giving us our free estimate, owner, Rick, arrived in a timely manner. He was professional, personable, and courteous. His price significantly beat the competition. His team was in contact with us often and the Anlin slider door was installed on time, professionally, and cleanly. However, that's not all. When I had a question about a year later, I emailed Rick and he got right back to me. Our kids had leaned on the screen a lot and eventually tore it. Rick got *right* back to me, explained that screens aren't covered, but he made a recommendation. About a year after that, I asked him about changing the deadbolt on the slider for one that locks with a key (my kids have figured out how to circumvent the deadbolt). He took the question immediately to Anlin and the answer is pending. My point is that the entire experience has been smooth and United Builders follows through with you *even years after installing only a single window*. We chose United Builders for our slider after another company approached us and sold us on the product. After installation, it was clear they made promises they would not follow through with. When it was time to replace our slider, we contact the same company, but said no to their slider price. Their salesman left in an unprofessional huff. So we called United Builders and have never looked back. Whatever our next project may be with windows, it would be with United Builders.“
