United Builders is great! My wife and I had initially hired a different (closer) company for one of three sliding doors we wanted installed and had a nightmare experience of months-long delays and general shadiness. Once the dust settled, we had our sliding door and a few more stress lines. So we sought out United Builders for the remaining two doors. Their whole process was easy, direct and high-quality. They came to our house and even inspected the other guys' work to A) make sure it'd been installed correctly and B) make sure the two new doors matched the aesthetic of the first one. The whole process was fast, honest and transparent. And everyone we interacted with erred on the side of over-communicating, not under-communicating, which was a nice reassurance. Strong recommend!

2. Our initial meeting was straight to the point, with no time wasted or cheesy sales tactics.
3. Installation was FAST. They were done within a couple hours!
4. During the installation, they noticed one of the screens had a small tear, and they immediately placed a call for it to be replaced!
5. Weeks later, one of our windows was difficult to angle out for cleaning, and when something on it snapped, they handled that too! New window frame coming our way soon.

My husband and I did research and sought recommendations before settling on United Builders Windows & Doors to replace all 24 windows and 2 sliding doors in our home. Rick, the owner, came out to give us a quote. We were so impressed with his professionalism and his expertise in helping us choose the best windows for our project. In a timely manner, he sent out his assistant to do the final measurements. When our windows were finished, his crew came out and completed the installation in 2 days. They were courteous and clearly were experts at their job. Our windows are beautiful, work well and we couldn’t be happier with them.
