“I really cannot say enough great things about my experience with J.R. Door & Window. I saw another home in our HOA getting their windows done by J.R. Door & Window and stopped by to get a business card. My initial meeting was with Steve when we were in need of a sliding glass door. We wanted windows throughout our home, but it was not in our budget at the time. Steve came and we got a measurement for the sliding door as well as the rest of the home for future use. Steve made me feel comfortable with just having one window done and I didn't feel pressured to do anything else at the time. We had the sliding glass door installed and it was a seamless process and looked wonderful. Two years later, our budget allowed for new windows throughout and I reached out to Steve again and he was able to review our prior estimate and adjust for current pricing since 2 years had elapsed. Steve came to our home again for a final measurement and I was able to ask about different window/glass options and never felt rushed or like a bother, which is something I have experienced from time to time with other vendors. I was able to stop by the store, which allowed me to see the glass options in person and Steve was there to greet me and walk us through our options. Everything, from initial contact, to measurements, to scheduling, to install was hassle-free. They showed up when they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves. They were respectful of our home and took care not to cause any damage bringing things in and out of the house. The team who did our install was so friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend J.R. Door & Window!”
