I was compelled today to write a glowing review of the customer service I received at Door Destination today given the unprecedented and exceptional attention from Giselle. She is an AMAZING customer service representative. She is every customer's dream! She went above and beyond to find a product for me (scouring the warehouse as the product had been discontinued). Giselle was also VERY knowledgeable about the product. She was cheerful, a sincere pleasure and very prompt and thorough with her follow-up to complete the sale! Great products, better service. If you are moving off warehouse stuff and into premium craftsmanship, these folks are the ?. Had an issue with our door, the owner John Rodriguez drove up a replacement door himself at no cost. That's next level service.
