what a way to win my business back. i had my install complete almost a few years back that seemed to have been plagued by delays and miscommunications. in all honestly i was ready to turn in a review that would have been the complete opposite of this one. Im glad i didn't. fast forward to last Friday, i had called in regarding a warranty concern. Now, I dont know if it was sheer luck that I was even able to speak with this gentleman, but somehow I got ahold of Sam, and by Monday morning I was on schedule and by the time I got home in the afternoon, my issue had been resolved. Hi Brianna, thank you for reaching out. I do need to say the overall work the installers completed within 1-day is very good. Today, the project manager did resolve the handicap bar issue, and he scheduled the installer to stop by tomorrow to fix the hand held base holder.

I had Dreamstyle Remodeling out to take out my bathtub and put in a shower. The two techs, Jacob & Brandon were timely and worked solidly for over 12 hours to get it completed in one day. Fabulous job!! I would highly recommend them. The salesman, Greg, was also very detailed and a pleasure to work with.
