“I love love love Pilates and truly believe in its strength building and sense of peace it brings. I wishhhh this studio was here when I was going up. Alexa was THE BEST INSTRUCTOR, top tier. Direction were clear, she demonstrated all movements and help with alignment and guidance on new moves I’ve never done before. I took two tower classes two days in a row and the classes were both challenging and completely different- keeping it new and fresh each class!! The studio is stunning, so chic, and very clean and well maintained. It felt like walking into a wellness retreat in a big city but with the small town personal vibes. I cannot recommend this studio more. I wish I had one in my city. I will be visiting this studio every day that I’m in town visiting. You must go!“
