“Tal, Avi and crew did a great job remodeling our bathroom! We started with a non-functional claw-foot tub and ended up with a modern tub/shower combo that we absolutely love. Talking through the designs for our small kitchen, Modern Remodeling’s design was the most innovative and provided the best use of our limited space. “I just finished up a major remodel on my kitchen and downstairs bathroom. I couldn't be any happier with the care and construction New Life Construction gave me on this project. Pat was my project manager, and he was so nice and caring. When things came up, he really went out of his way to make sure to explain what was happening and keep things on track. I had a slab leak right as the kitchen cabinets were starting to be installed, and luckily Dale (who is one of their Master finisher carpenters with great attention to detail) caught it! His quick assessment saved me thousands of dollars should this have been discovered after the kitchen was complete. I felt very fortunate that he caught it, and yes it delayed my project, but thankfully Pat got me back on track once the plumbing issue was repaired. Ralph who is also a NLC Master Carpenter (great skill and attention to detail also) is one of their specialists who could step in to solve any problems that came along the way. Everyone at this company is polite, give constant, careful attention to cleanup and just plain nice to work with. Jayson, another Project Manager for New Life is also great. He is able to step in when Pat was called to another project. They really know how to effectively schedule and coordinate even though they have other projects at the same time. I also appreciated the great sub-contractors they use for the different phases. They all are professionals at what they are specialized in, and really do it well. ( Many thanks to Charmet Tile, SoCal drywall, Holly Electric, and Forster plumbing) I also want to say that any hold ups on my construction were purely from defects or delays from manufacturers, or unknown issues behind the walls. Since my late husband was in construction for over forty years, I understand a lot about construction so I know that you never know what can happen. The main thing is to be patient, and more importantly is to have a great contractor who will get it done correctly so it won't be an issue down the road. I will eventually be remodeling two other bathrooms, and they will be who I contact when I am ready. I am completely happy with New Life Construction and will definitely recommend them to anyone I know that is considering a remodeling project. Many, many thanks to all of you! “I am so happy that I went with Spectrum Renovation! Richard (the owner) was recommended to me and provided an assessment of the mold remediation needed on my property. In addition to the assessment, he evaluated the situation and offered longer term solutions for the causes of the mold (sprinklers to close to the property, property sloping downwards, etc.). When we started the remediation, Richard came to set things up the first day and his team took over after that. His team (especially JP) is so professional and so easy to communicate with - they kept me informed and answered all my questions. And of course, the best part is that we passed the mold retesting with flying colors! Richard is an honest person and offers very good advice. I highly recommend him and his company.“

“Armando came out to my home and gave me a very competitive quote the day I reached out to him. That Saturday morning he and his guys showed up to my house and laid all the drywall in the ceiling of my converted garage. They were quick, efficient and able to drywall around tricky wood support beams in the ceiling. The next Wednesday they were out to mud and texture the ceilings. I can't say enough good things about Armando and L5 Plus Drywall! He and his guys are quick, friendly and very talented at what they do. “I had a relatively small cement job; removing an old garage entry apron and replacing it with a more gradual, mild approach. The house is almost 100 years old and the garage door is on the alley. The old entry was so severe that my car would bottom out at about half way in - or out. You could see that a prior owner had tried to fix this with a patch the did not do anything but break apart.Derrick - DCR - was doing a big job across the street from me and I interrupted him there, asking if he would take a look. He did and told me exactly what it would take to fix the grade, how it would look when he was finished and how much it would cost. Not knowing much about this type of job, I got some competing bids. Having spoken with other contractors, I am very happy with. My decision to go with DCR.He and his crew were right on time and did a fantastic job. The demo was completed in about an hour. As the debris was being hauled away, the cement arrived. A precision that amazed me, given the COVID circumstances and the news stories of scarcity in construction supply.They spent the time waiting for the cement to firm up doing the finish and keeping the leaves and other windblown items off of the apron. Once it was fairly firm they brushed it to a nice, safe finish, put up some barriers so neighborhood dogs wouldn’t get all over it.I am a completely satisfied customer.
