Fantastic response and communication. Our water heater stopped heating late in the evening. When we called, Terry scheduled an appointment first thing in the morning. He proactively contacted the water heater company and had the part shipped overnight. I will definitely save this company's information for the future.

Quick responding, contacted Rheem before I did, walked me through the Home Depot/Rheem warranty process. The techs basically escorted me through the store when we picking up the replacement water heater and extra parts. Not only Terry was great, but the techs were also. Have to mention Chris, Luis and Christian. I felt they were going to take care of my family's problem when I first met them and they didn't disappoint! Thank you!

Terry and his staff were very helpful during my flower shop remodel. Terry offered suggestions to my needs and explained how he could make it work for my store. I appreciated his “out of the box” thinking and his staffs ability to follow thru. It’s hard to find a good plumber and I believe I have with Terry and his team at Airight plumbing
