The owner, Jonathan Wagoner, answered my call the first time I called and was available, responsive and professional. He was patient and accommodating every time I asked him to revise his bid (three times!) to either scale up or scale down the scope of work.

Once hired, Jonathan’s crew arrived on time and treated my home with care and respect. I had a good feeling about everyone on the crew from the moment I met them. The crew was careful with my furniture, followed through on all my requests, stayed late and went above and beyond to ensure my home was properly cleaned and decontaminated.

After the house was remediated, Jonathan thoroughly documented all the fire damage that could not be cleaned so that I could prove the damage to my insurance company. He also had great resources he shared including a window contractor and environmental testing company I hired to retest the house for fire contaminants.
