“I’m a personal trainer at Bay Club Pleasanton and had injured my knee training outside the gym. Walking into work the following day Dr. Sanchez noticed I was favoring my left leg and asked if I had possibly injured my meniscus. As this was not my first meniscus injury I agreed with Dr. Sanchez in that I had likely damaged some of my meniscus. Dr. Sanchez asked if I would like to have some recovery work done. “That would be great if you have time” is said, his response was “l’ll make time.” I was truly taken back by his gesture.

We started with an evaluation of my current condition (range of motion and pain) at that moment range was about 25% and pain was about 6/7 out of 10.

Dr Sanchez performed focal electro shock treatment paired with EMF and red light therapy. After that he treated the neighboring tissue with fascia scraping and deep tissue massage.

We then retested range of motion and pain. Range had restored back to base line approximately 90% and pain was 1/2 out of 10. I was absolutely amazed and deeply thankful.
